2. Booking & Payment

• Reservation: A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us containing your booking reference number.
• Payment: Full payment or a specified deposit is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our checkout page.
• Currency: All prices are quoted in the currency mandated by the payment gateway or as selected on the website. Exchange rates may fluctuate.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific tour, hotel, or service booked. The specific cancellation terms for your booking will be clearly displayed during the booking process and on your confirmation voucher.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

4. Changes by the Operator

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, schedules, or accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational requirements. In such cases:

• We will endeavor to provide an alternative of equal or higher standard.
• If a significant change is made, you may have the option to accept the alternative or receive a full refund.

5. Insurance

While we prioritize your safety, we strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover personal injury, medical expenses, trip cancellation, and loss of personal belongings. AnyWhere Tours Co., Ltd. cannot be held liable for these costs.

6. Liability

Anywhere.Tours acts as an agent for third-party suppliers (hotels, transport providers, activity operators). We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting there from.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
