The solid gold Buddha at Wat Traimit was absolutely incredible, much bigger than I expected. Our guide was really knowledgeable about the history of each temple, especially the murals at Wat Mahapruttaram which were a peaceful contrast to Wat Pho.
The solid gold Buddha at Wat Traimit was truly impressive, way bigger than I imagined. We chose Wat Pho for our second stop and the reclining Buddha was massive. The guide was knowledgeable but we walked quite a bit, be prepared.
Loved seeing the 5.5 ton gold buddha and the sheer size of the Reclining Buddha at Wat Pho was incredible. The marble temple was also quite beautiful and a nice change of pace.
