Really enjoyed grinding my own red curry paste with the mortar and pestle at Ya's. The open-air kitchen in Ao Nang was lovely and the instructors were patient.
Grinding the curry paste from scratch was such a cool experience, way better than just opening a jar. The open-air kitchen in Ao Nang was lovely and my Pad See Ew turned out surprisingly edible!
Pretty good experience learning to make a few Thai dishes. Transport back to the hotel was smooth. Maybe a little too much chopping involved for me, but the food we made was tasty.
